Process
Scoped before we start, inspected before we leave
Four steps, no surprises. You know the surfaces, the plan, and the schedule before any equipment comes off the trailer.
Step by step
1. Tell us the surfaces
Start a request in the Assistant with your address area, surfaces, and photos if you have them.
2. Scope and estimate
Dispatch reviews square footage, access, water source, and staining type, then confirms the scope in writing.
3. Scheduled visit
We arrive with the equipment matched to your surfaces, protect plants and fixtures, and confirm the plan before starting.
4. Clean and walk-through
Surfaces are washed, rinsed, and inspected with you before we pack up. Anything missed gets another pass.
What we need from you
A short list that keeps the visit on schedule.
- An outdoor water spigot we can use, or a note if none is available.
- Gate and side-yard access, plus any pet or gate-code details.
- Windows and doors closed, and patio furniture moved if you want it left untouched.
- A heads-up on damaged screens, loose tile, or failing paint so we adjust the approach.
